We're a family-run business with over 20 years of experience working in and around international real estate. After decades of helping buyers in the Costa del Sol, we made our own move to the Algarve — drawn by the lifestyle, the landscape, and the warmth of the community.

Founder of The Buyer's Agent Algarve, Richard has over 20 years of international property experience — and a genuine passion for helping people find their perfect place in the sun.

He moved to Portugal in 2021 to start a new chapter with his now wife, drawn by the lifestyle, the golf courses, and (of course) the food.

A proud dog-dad, avid golfer and total Algarve convert, Richard knows the region inside out — and is here to help make your move simple, stress-free, and exciting.
